MEMBER CATEGORIES

Select one of the following Member Categories below:

Member Code Holder (MCH) $ 7.00 One (1) registration of a Member Code Holder ID Number

A MCH will receive a minimum of 3.5% cash back rewards

from participating merchants, product manufacturers and/or

service providers from online purchases at checkout.

Associate Code Holder (ACH) $ 1,400 Two hundred (200) Member Code Holder ID Numbers

An ACH will receive a minimum of 3.5% cash back rewards

from participating merchants, product manufacturers and/or

service providers from the purchases made by the Member

Code Holders from online purchases. The ACH will share 50/50

or 1.75% of those cash rewards with the Primary Code Holder.

Primary Code Holder (PCH) $10,500 Fifteen hundred (1,500) Member Code Holder ID Numbers

A PCH will receive a minimum of 1.75% cash back rewards

from participating merchants, product manufacturers and/or

service providers from the purchases made by the Member

Code Holder associated with the ACH from online purchases.

The PCH will share 50/50 or 1.75% of the cash rewards received by

the ACH from the PCH.
